Credit Card
When you place an order into our on-line shop and then pay for it with a credit card our website encrypts and passes all payment information for your order to an encrypted banking system at PAYPAL™.
Encryption
Unencrypted credit card details are not stored on our server at any time. When credit card information has to be authenticated then it is transmitted to PayPal in encrypted form and we then remove any credit card information following the authentication process.
Your Choice
If you do not wish to place your order on the internet, we offer you the option of phoning, faxing or mailing in your order to us. Please do not email credit card details to us for payments at any time as the email approach is not safe.

Collecting Anonymous Information
As outlined in our general Policy Document we collect anonymous general website traffic information. This information is collected into aggregate results in order to evaluate the use of our web pages and our service.
We do not share aggregated information with any other person or organization. We never identify or disclose individual customer or visitor information or purchase information to any third party. However, we may chose to disclose how many customers bought specific items from our on-line shop.

We do collect personal information from you to manage and deliver your order from the on-line shop at our site. We do not disclose thyat personal information for any other purpose to any person or organization. Delivery information you supplied when ordering is available online for your reference and will not be disclosed to any other organization or individual.

We wish to emphasize again the fact that we use personal information supplied by you to process and deliver your order. We will disclose personal information such as your delivery address to a delivery service provider when you place an order with us. We also retain your order details in a secure environment. This is so we have a record of your order should you wish to return or exchange an item at a later date or wish to receive a copy of your past invoice. We do not record details about your credit card number or other credit card details. The credit card number is passed in an encrypted form to PayPal for authorization of your shopping transaction. Immediately thereafter the credit card number is removed from our system. The use of your credit card is strictly limited to the payment process for goods you are purchasing via a shopping cart facility in an encrypted on-line banking environment.
